Part-time Administrative Coordinator/Executive Assistant to CEO - Woodside, CA

IPD2 seeks an intelligent, capable, responsible individual with a spectrum of administrative tasks to support our CEO at our Woodside, CA home office.

Responsibilities
Document control, files/record keeping, scheduling and light correspondence, as well as home-based personal projects e.g. storage organization, and errands. Please note you will come into contact with dogs and a bunny (in case you’re allergic). Periodic house/petsitting may be requested at a fixed daily rate.

Time Commitment
Time commitment to start would be around 10 hours average per week, ~40 hours per month, at $25/hour. Additional hours based on need, availability and capability. Flexible schedule.

Requirements
You’ll need to have your own vehicle, car insurance and a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive to our HQ based in Woodside, CA. A $100 monthly gas stipend will be provided.

This growth opportunity is most suited to someone who with good personal discipline, work ethic, takes direction well, has organizational and creative solution skills, a great sense of purpose, humor and integrity (to us that means you honor your commitments and responsibilities, own up to mistakes so we can address/correct them together, and that you care about being a trustworthy person).

Perfect Candidate
Best fit would be someone looking for a part-time position but who may also be interested in learning entry-level project management skills for the construction management / engineering / architecture and design industry - with an interest in administration of workforce development programs, affordable housing programs, and regenerative design/sustainability-focused projects.

We are looking for someone with great organization skills and willing to learn how to optimize new technologies for efficiency — e.g. customizing MS Sharepoint, integrating web-apps w/ Zapier, Power Automate workflows, and even designing custom widgets. Experience working with Squarespace and social media marketing are also a plus.

The ideal person would be located within a reasonable (no further than 30 min drive) distance to be able to be on-call if needed.
